ExperienceTexas A&M University Writing Center (UWC)
3 semesters ~ 550+ tutoring hours
While at the UWC I was a peer consultant and worked with students to improve their writing and speaking skills...I have experience working with class assignments, application essays, dissertations and theses in all fields.
I am currently tutoring ACT and SAT test prep (all subjects) and have previously worked with students on college application essays, English conversation practice, and vocabulary.
My collegiate coursework is based in Chemistry, Biology and Critical Reasoning. I am interested in tutoring students interested in improving their performance - if I've listed a related topic, but not the specific one you need, please do not hesitate to contact me.
HobbiesI love to learn and I love helping others learn. I was raised by an engineer and a political scientists that indulged my passing obsessions in art, history and natural science. When I grow up I want to be a science officer in the United Federation of Planets and explore strange new worlds. In my imaginary spare time I am penning the next great American novel.
