I graduated in 2015 from the University of Southern California (USC) with a Masters in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) as I continued my profession as an Elementary School Educator. In 2007, I graduated from California State University, Northridge with a Bachelors in Education and Bachelors in Linguistics.
Experience
I am currently an Elementary School Educator in Houston, Texas. I've taught all core subjects in Second, Third, and Fourth Grade. I have ten years of teaching experience in the public school setting. I enjoy working with all ages. It is fascinating to incorporate different teaching strategies for students to succeed. I like to share what I know to develop skillful students. In the past, I designed and implemented private tutoring Spanish lessons to K-12 grade Korean students. Recently I completed tutoring two Vietnamese students in English Language Development, Math, Science, Writing, and Reading at the 3rd-5th grade level.
