After arriving in Japan on a Thursday on Mombusho scholarship as 'Japanese Language and Japanese Culture Exchange Student', I had no clue I was entering into a life -long love affair with this beautiful country Japan. After one year studies on scholarship by the Japanese Government, I decided to pursue Masters on my own and that's where the 'real' Japanese language learning started at part-time jobs (baito) and mingling in the community. After studies, got an opportunity to work in a local Japanese company as well. After completing 6 years of stay in Japan, I decided to go back home-India, only to serve as bridge between Japan and India. In India, worked at an IT company as Senior Communication Coordinator and later at a Japanese Govt. Agency in the capital, Delhi as Volunteer Coordinator and Administrative Officer. But my eternal love remains for the so-polite Japanese language and so-deep culture of the beautiful country Japan. Calling Japan as my second home, I would love to share my knowledge about the Japanese language and its culture.
