Teaching experience includes: - 10 years of international work in Higher Education - Designing curriculum and teaching courses for Graphic Design programs in the US and UAE Areas of expertise include: - Print Production - Typography - Layout - Identity Design - Illustration (traditional and digital) - Portfolio Development I also have a traditional fine arts background and have taken courses in Printmaking, Jewelry Making, Drawing, Painting, and Glassblowing. Knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Cloud (and Creative Suite): - Photoshop - Illustrator - InDesign - AfterEffects - Powerpoint - Word For any other software programs, please don't hesitate to ask. Hobbies
In addition to art and design, I am an avid crafts person and am passionate about incorporating handmade solutions into my projects. This includes collage, crochet, working with paper and other crafting materials. When I'm not teaching, you can find me using my skills to support worthy causes, perfecting my color pencil drawings, spending time with my two rambunctious boys and daydreaming about having a personal warehouse filled with art supplies.
