Private tutor in Houston, TX
Carnegie Mellon University - Bachelors, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering
I am a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, where I earned my bachelor's in biomedical engineering and electrical and computer engineering. I am well-versed in Japanese language and culture. As a tutor, I want my students to learn how to gain information and use to make decisions. No student is incapable of improving their educational achievements to lead to an incredible life. Through education, we can make contributions to the world. My two favorite subjects are math and language. I can tutor students in mathematics from pre-algebra to calculus 2, as well as biology, electrical engineering, chemistry, and Japanese. I can help a student develop their skills in reading, writing, and speaking Japanese from basic to advanced. I base my sessions around the idea that my students can do whatever they work hard to do. I encourage perseverance and hard work while offering patient guidance suited to their individual needs. I align my goals with theirs and do whatever it takes to help them get there. I can teach valuable study skills that allow them to improve their knowledge independently and efficiently as well. When I am not tutoring or studying, I enjoy traveling with my family. I am often marathon training.
