I attended the University of Houston for my bachelor's degree in math. I'm a very patient person, and I enjoy creating sessions for my students that are engaging and creative. My goal as a tutor is to help students come to a strong understanding of math concepts and to build confidence in their abilities. I'm very comfortable working with children in multicultural environments, and I'm also adept at modifying my approach to match the learning style of each student that I work with. I enjoy learning, and I consider it a lifelong process. I want to motivate my students to become self-sufficient learners as well. I tutor algebra, calculus, differential equations, geometry, elementary and middle school math, pre-calculus, statistics, trigonometry, multivariable calculus, finite math, discrete math, chemistry, and others. In my free time, I like to play cricket and soccer. I also enjoy reading, trying new foods, and exploring.
