Education

Sam Houston State University - Bachelors, Political Science , The Texas A&M University System Office - Masters, Public Administration

Experience

I attended Sam Houston State University for my bachelor's degree in political science and government. I then went on to Texas A&M for my masters of public service and administration. I was homeschooled until I reached high school, so my mother was my most important teacher. I had my difficulties, but my mother persisted to ensure that I was successful. I love education, and it's rewarding to see students make progress and achieve success. I'm currently working for an organization that helps high school students stay focused on a college education. I believe every student has the ability to learn and achieve great things, and it's my responsibility to understand where the student's strengths are so that I can help them excel. I make sure that every student I work with has the resources they need to achieve success. In my free time, I enjoy reading, watching classic films, sports, listening to music, visiting art museums, and spending time with family and friends.
