Having had six years of influential experience in higher education, I decided to become an academic advisor. As a highly involved high school student, I continued my involvement in college-immersing myself in not only my academics, but co-curricular activities, community initiatives, and other opportunities that caught my eye. My graduate education, furthered my passion of being involved in student affairs, both academic and non-academic- and I must note that this has been the best decision yet! My recent employment was at the University of Rochester as an academic program coordinator, providing academic, personal, social, financial, and career advising to college students. Now as a resident of Houston, I am excited to share my skills and knowledge with those who share similar interests and/or inquire my services. Tutoring has always come second nature to me and is one of the many ways I enjoy engaging with people. Championing the strengths of others is a passion of mines that is priceless and highly fulfilling!
