Experience

Ten Years of Tutoring Experience in Math, Computer Systems and Server Hardware. I am an international student, who is pursuing a degree in Computer Science. I am an Electronics Engineer by academic qualification with a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication. However, my professional work experience has been in Server Hardware Systems. I worked for four years with Dell as a Senior Training Specialist and then for seven years with Hewlett Packard as a Server Hardware Engineer. I have delivered numerous corporate training sessions both at Dell and at HP as a Training Specialist. Throughout my career, I have tutored several students in Math, Physics and Computer Science. I also tutor students in Accounting – I, American Government, Sociology, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, APA and MLA based Research writing, Basic Electrical Engineering I and II, Circuit Analysis, Python Programming, Programming Fundamentals, Semiconductor Physics and Computer Hardware and Networking. When it comes it Mathematics, I specialize in Pre-Calculus, Trigonometry, Analytical Geometry, High School Geometry, Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Intermediate Algebra, Calculus-I and College Algebra. For those students who would like to improve their Mental Math abilities, I provide a Speedy Math course, where I teach them numerous techniques on performing all sorts of calculations and computations in the least amount of time. I do not have a car at the moment and use the bus or my bike for my travel needs. Due to this limitation, I travel no farther than 5-7 miles for tutoring a student. I do not tutor at my place, but I am more than happy to tutor students either at their location or at a public place such as a public library, Starbucks etc. There is a library at 7660 Clarewood Drive, Houston, TX 77036. This is where I usually tutor most of my students. Feel.Feel free to email or text me if you have any further questions.

Hobbies

I have a passion for teaching and learning new things. Sometimes we learn new things by certain questions asked by students. The more intriguing the questions are, the more interesting the sessions get. I believe in strengthening the fundamentals before building the pillars, so you will find me focusing more on getting the basics right. I also provide Speedy-Math tutoring that shows students how perform complex calculations mentally in less than a minute.
