I am an experienced instructor who has worked with students of all ages for over five years, and I was awarded rookie teacher of the year in 2009. I believe in the fundamental importance of a good education, and setting students up to succeed academically by providing open lines of communication and a positive classroom environment. In my experience, these factors have proven to lead to the achievement of the academic goals of my students. I can help students with elementary and middle school math, life sciences, ecology, chemistry, biochemistry, environmental science, biology, anatomy, physiology, and organic chemistry. I have experience preparing students for exams like the ISEE, STAAR, SSAT, AP, and SAT. I've also worked with gifted students. To give a little background about myself, I attended Morehouse College and Prairie View A&M. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, writing, and designing websites. I also like fixing things and working with computers.
