I was a science and math tutor for kindergarten through twelfth grade students at GT Learning Academy, based in Sugar Land, Texas. Also, I have tutored SAT writing. I can tutor essay editing, ESL/ELL, and grammar and mechanics as well. A visual, sometimes movement based, teaching style works well for all ages but I can adapt my style based on the student's learning needs and interests. I am enthusiastic for constant learning and problem solving and share this with each tutee I meet.Currently, I attend Brown University and am in my third year of a mechanical engineering curriculum. I am passionate about things like sustainable design and various types of work between the arts and sciences. Outdoor activities such as hiking also thrill me, while I love expression through writing and exploring the world through music and dance. One of my favorite things to do is to build things.
