I attended Rice University, and I am currently a professional civil engineer. As a civil engineer, I lead both students and volunteers through the construction of bridges and piped water systems. I have always had a passion and yearning for learning. I also have always had a passion for passing my knowledge on to others who are interested and determined to learn. I have been involved in tutoring for as far back as I can remember. I have tutored young students in kindergarten. I also have worked with students in elementary school, middle school, high school, and college. I mostly tutored the subjects of mathematics and grammar. Once I started studying at Rice University, I also began working with other college-aged students at the Nehemiah Center. I feel honored and privileged to have had the opportunities I have had. I enjoy working with people of all backgrounds and skill levels. Because of this, I believe I am a well rounded and diverse individual. My main goal as a tutor is to assist people in challenging themselves while bringing them closer to their academic goals and dreams. For fun, I enjoy biking, dancing, writing, reading, and traveling. I currently reside in Houston, Texas.
