My name is Christopher Tran and I am currently an undergraduate at the University of Texas at Dallas. I am an electrical engineer major (a very math and science heavy major) as well as a business administration minor. I went to high school at DeBakey High School for Health Professions. Ever since elementary school, it has been my motto to excel in every course no matter how minor, because it is the fundamentals that build up into even bigger and more difficult things. Speaking from experience, a lot of my classes at my university especially the math courses, are based off previous math knowledge. This is why it is important to have a good foundation, so that when a student moves on from one level of education to the next, they don't struggle even more. That is why I find it so important to help and tutor other people. I have been tutoring since 9th grade in high school, where I was a teacher assistant to help kids prepare for standardized testing. I have always loved tutoring, as I find it especially rewarding to help people. Just last summer I tutored 6th graders prepare for the upcoming school year. I am an extremely dedicated tutor, helping people in whatever they might be struggling in.
