Georgetown University - BS, Security Studies

I'm attending Georgetown University for my degree in security studies. I'm part of the School of Foreign Service, and I'm looking towards a career in counter terrorism. As a tutor, my style is to lead students down the path towards the answer to a problem without giving it away. I will guide the student and ask questions along the way, explaining topics as we go and allowing the student to arrive at the answer on their own. This helps make students independent learners. My specialties as a tutor are the humanities and foreign languages, including Latin. I like to take concepts and explain them using the student's own interests or relate ideas to things they know. When I have free time, I like to read, write, practice graphic design, and watch Netflix.
