I have sufficient understanding of Geometry, Algebra 1 and 2, PreCal, AP Calculus AB, Calculus 1 and 2, and Statistics 1 and 2 as well as standardized testing. I score very high on standardized testing, specifically on the math sections and can assist any age with any type of standardized testing that they may struggle with. I wanted to be a tutor because I bring a unique perspective to the table. When I needed a tutor in high school, I was often too timid to tell them I still didn't understand the problem and was left unsatisfied after the session. I am open and friendly and easily approachable and the student should not hesitate to ask for additional explanation. I am patient and will take as much time necessary to explain a concept until they have a firm understanding of it.
