Experience
As a graduate of Yale and the University of Chicago, I was first a writing tutor for 3 years at Loyola Marymount's Learning Resource Center in Los Angeles. Personal essays, history and sociology papers, creative non-fiction, grammar and formal writing- these continue to be my strengths. I also tutored epidemiology and basic biostatistics at the Yale School of Public Health. - I scored an 1200 on the GRE General Exam in 2006. -I would like to continue my life interest in supporting the foundation for an educated population. I believe strongly in the importance of an active mind, and hope to persuade others of the same. -I have taken College Writing, College Algebra, Biostats I & II, Elementary Statistics, Statistics for Psychology, Research Methods for Psychology, Qualitative Methods in the Social Sciences, Epidemiology and Data Management, History of Greece and Rome, and many others. - I have published papers in nationally leading journals, and served as a juror for Yale's Environmental Film Festival.
