I recently graduated from the University of Texas and the University of Houston. There, I earned degrees in civil engineering and biomedical engineering. I have been a lover of book reading and mathematics for much of my life, and now teach it. Along with reading and math, I tutor students in the subjects of physics, English, elementary and middle school math, grammar and mechanics, trigonometry, science, and basic and advanced calculus. I have some experience in test prep, including GRE, ISEE, PSAT, and SAT. I tend to keep lessons simple so that my teaching methods can be easily understood. Additionally, so that the curriculum is remembered, I also throw in a little fun fact or memorable information so that the lesson sticks with the students. I currently reside in Houston, Texas and when I am not teaching my students, I enjoy watching TV shows, playing sports games, and hitting the gym.
