Experience
I graduated from St. John's University in Collegeville, MN with a bachelor's degree in Mathematics. I am currently working toward a master's degree at the University of Houston. Tutoring math is my specialty, and I have nearly a decade of tutoring experience to prove it. I have mainly worked with middle school and high school students of various backgrounds and abilities. My tutoring subjects include basic Mathematics, Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry, and Pre-Calculus. I have also taught Mathematics in classrooms in multiple schools in the Houston area.I love tutoring. It is something I really enjoy doing, rather than just a way to earn money. My priority is making sure that my students reach their goals. If necessary, I help my students via email if they are struggling with a problem between tutoring sessions and need a solution. I don't charge anything for this extra help - it's just part of how I strive to achieve full understanding of the subject with my students. I do most of my tutoring in West Houston, mainly in the Memorial area.In my free time, I like to stay active by playing tennis and running. I also enjoy music, especially cantoring.
