I tutored students in many subjects including Elementary Math, Reading, Middle School Math, Statistics, Algebra 2, College Algebra, and Pre-Algebra. I have experience in Special Education and grades 3-8. I have tutored elementary school students in word problems and fractions. Sometimes, getting organized is half the battle; I can help with study skills and organization. As a volunteer at a school for children with Autism, I assess writing and mathematical skills, as well as behavior. Tutors play an important role in a student's success; they can instill confidence in their students and help them understand any problem can be solved with practice. A good education is so important and I believe tutors shape the future generation of thinkers. I graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in Psychology and minor in Business Administration. I enjoy jogging, tennis, and spending time with family and friends.
