Private tutor in Houston, TX

University of California, San Diego - BS, Mathematics & Economics

I went to UC - San Diego, and I love tutoring students in math topics. I'm originally from China. I've had the opportunity to tutor students of all ages and all levels of ability, and have been very successful. I believe that the secret to understanding math is sufficient practice. I believe that students need to take every opportunity they can to make the most of their learning, because this presents them with opportunities for successful life. I went through this myself coming from China with no money to the US. I'm now an actuarial analyst. I can tutor students in algebra, calculus, geometry, multivariable calculus, trigonometry, physics, Mandarin Chinese, elementary and middle school math topics, and even piano.
