Furman University - Bachelor of Music, Vocal Performance

I consider myself to be a very well-rounded musician and teacher, as well as a life-long student, as I am always eager to learn. I have spent many hours learning to properly speak and understand two different languages, performing in front of both small and large audiences, and attending seminars on political science. While the arts may be my passion, education comes as a close second in my life. I graduated with my Bachelor of Music in Voice in 2011 from the Furman University in Greenville, SC. I currently work as a legal assistant for a Montrose area attorney, a voice instruction teacher, and a tutor. Over the years I have also worked as a summer time program counselor for North Carolina high-school-aged students, as well as advocating for various educational assistance programs that help fulfill the learning requirements and needs of the students in the area. When I have free time available, I love to cook and bake, as well as work to make sure that my voice for singing is in the best possible shape. I also enjoy photography, knitting, and learning foreign languages.
