Private tutor in Houston, TX

Education

PhD in math and minor in physics and ECE of Georgia Institute of Technology

Experience

I am an interdisciplinary researcher and I conduct research on problems arising in scientific and industrial fields including biology, chemistry, physics and seismology by mathematical modeling and numerical simulation. I love teaching as well. I have taught college mathematics (calculus, algebra and differential equations) as teaching assistant and lead instructor for years. Recently I started tutoring some math subjects (dynamical systems, real analysis) of graduate level. As a tutor, I am very patient and good at adjusting tutoring style according to your background and your need. In addition to answering your questions, solve your problems and helping with your test preparation, I aim largely at helping you better understand the complex concept and teaching you the problem solving skill.
