A part of University of Houston's TEACHouston program, where students like myself are equip with knowledge on how to teach kids and communication skills to properly get to the children, and making sure they understand the subject. My purpose of wanting to be a tutor is to get a feel of the educationally environment. I want hands-on training on becoming a teacher. I have experience in lesson planning and controlling the environment to ensure optimum educational discipline.

Other than my academics, I am a part of UH's Vietnamese Student Organization (VSA), I hold an officer position as Public Relations Director. The responsibilities of my position keeps my communication skills constantly running, where it is my duty to keep members of this organization up to date to all of what is happening. I am also a part of Union of Vietnamese Student Associations-South Region (UVSA-South), which is the umbrella organization of all Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas VSA's. I hold the position of Intercollegiate Council of Representatives (ICC Rep), where I am the representative of UH to UVSA-South. Keeping consistent communication is the essential base of my duties as ICC Rep.
