For almost 9 years, I have tutored middle and high school students in the Houston area from schools including Kinkaid, St. Agnes, Duchesne, Emery Weiner, The Village School, Awty, Memorial HS, and Memorial MS. I am now the proud owner of The Enrichery, a place dedicated to the success of young people. Our team of academic coaches can tutor your child in ANY subject. In addition to subject-specific tutoring, my team also helps students develop strong organizational and study skills to help them become better students overall. As a teacher and mentor, I take special care to develop close relationships with my students and families. As such, most of my kids are "regulars" who see me several times per week, and within a short period of time, academic performance and confidence begin to soar. During the summer and fall semester, I work extensively with high school juniors and seniors on navigating the college planning process. Together, we create winning college applications with compelling essays and comprehensive resumes for selected universities on our targeted list...all while having FUN! (With an expert leading the way, it is much easier to enjoy the process!) My students have gone on to attend top universities all over the world, including Vanderbilt, Rice, UVA, St. Andrews, USC, Michigan, University of Texas, and A&M. Additionally, I am a certified English teacher through the Texas Board of Educators and have taught grades 6-12 for five years in both the public and private arena.
