Experience

I was a English teacher for Miami-Dade County Public Schools for 3 years. I am currently teaching at a Title I charter school in Houston, Texas. While most of my experience is with 9-12th grade, I have experience tutoring at all levels (K-12). I have a lot of experience helping students with test prep (FCAT, ACT, SAT). I absolutely LOVE what I do! I love helping students to reach their full potential! This year, I won Rookie Teacher of the Year at my high school and have been recognized as a "Claes Nobel Educator of Distinction" through the National Society of High School Scholars.
