Jenny C.

Private tutor in Houston, TX

Education

Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from University of Texas at Austin; Currently in Pharm. D. program at University of Houston College of Pharmacy

Experience

I tutored for 5 years (2 in Dallas, 3 in Austin) before moving to Houston about 2 years ago. I have not been teaching since I moved because I have been busy with pharmacy school, but I have decided to tutor this semester during my free time. I was a highly recommended high school tutor in the Austin area, teaching 10 students weekly in addition to my research assistant job at UT Austin. I have a passion for working with K-12 grade students, and I would love to help your child perform well in school. I helped a 9th grader earn algebra II credit by exam one summer, and she ended up with an A on her exam. I also have experience in teaching high school biology and chemistry, and most of my students were able to improve their grades by at least one letter grade. I am a dedicated, organized tutor, and will be flexible with my time to accommodate your child.
