I am Ph.D. graduate fro Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. I also have B.S. in Biology from King's College with a 3.6 GPA.

Experience

I have been tutoring in the Houston Area for the past 7 years. I have extensive experience with curriculum at Strake Jesuit, Duchesne Academy, St. Agnes, and St. Anne. I have successfully tutored student for HSPT as well as everyday homework help. I am well versed in all science subjects as I have Ph.D. in Molecular biology. I love tutoring because it allows me to present coursework in a different way that maybe easier to comprehend. The biggest joy of tutoring is seeing the relief on students faces when they finally understand a concept they've been struggling with.

In my spare time I enjoy getting outdoors when the Houston weather permits. I enjoy golfing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. I also enjoy international travel as my husband teaches overseas. I know school can be challenging and the transition to high school can be very tough. I am very patient with students and help them to learn in a new way when transitioning to high school.
