I'm a Trinity University alumna (c/o 2018) who graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Mathematics. I'm also the Former Vice President of the Trinity University Math Society.
Experience
I'm a recent university graduate with a bachelor's degree in mathematics, and I love helping students feel confident in their math skills and realize their potential. I've tutored highschool and university students as well as individuals returning to school after a long break looking to refresh and improve their knowledge. I have experience tutoring Algebra 2, Pre-calculus, Calculus 1, Calculus 2, Linear Algebra, and Abstract Math and have regularly worked as a tutor for 5+ years. Additionally, I've been a teaching assistant, writing tutor, and a statistics research assistant during my time in college. This has showed me what does and doesn't work in one-on-one environments and how to best convey different ideas for every learning style. I currently work as a data scientist near Montrose, and I look forward to helping you raise your test scores and improve in a way that is meaningful to you.
