It's hard to be struggling in the classroom. Teachers don't have time to single everyone out and teach to them in their optimal way. Tutoring helps alleviate that problem by providing individual attention to students who need it. I like to be the person who focuses on a student and figures out their learning style and areas of opportunity to help them learn successfully. I also like to keep sessions laid-back and comfortable so that students are always ready to learn.
