I have 4 years of tutoring experience, 7 years living in the Middle East, and fluency in Modern Standard Arabic. I got As or equivalent* in all of my Arabic classes and none of that matters. What matters is, Can I help YOU succeed in Arabic? I tutor beginners because I can guarantee results. Let me ask you this: Do you feel overwhelmed by the material you're learning? Reading (probably you're confusing the 'ta' with the 'ya'), writing (every letter has three variations!), speaking (how the hell do you pronounce the 'ayn'??), listening (bombing dictation quizzes, no doubt). Are you frustrated that you've spent weeks learning all this and still can't talk about yourself? Can't hold even a basic conversation? Arabic is not impossible. Arabic is not even hard. It just takes work--the right kind of work. Through months of intensive training, I've developed strategies to learn the language quickly and correctly. WIth me, you won't just be getting help with what you're struggling with. Every session we will improve your skills and your confidence so that you don't just pass the class.
